We're Hiring: Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing

nThe Role
nWe're looking for a Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing to own the creative strategy and scripting pipeline for our paid ads.
nYour role will be to identify solid consumer insights, develop winning creative angles, write compelling hooks and scripts, and continuously improve creatives based on performance data.
nWhat You'll Do

- Develop and test hooks, creative angles, and scripts for paid video adsn
- Write headlines, ad copy, and creative direction for static adsn




- Create briefs and scripts for UGC creators and influencersn
- Research competitors, customer reviews, trends, and consumer insightsn
- Work with video editors and AI creative tools to develop production-ready adsn
- Analyze CTR, hook rate, and retention to improve future creativesn
- Build a library of proven hooks, scripts, and winning creative anglesn

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, video scripting, direct-response copywriting, or performance marketingn
- Experience with D2C, health/wellness brands, nutraceuticals, or performance marketing agencies is preferredn
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling, and direct-response copywritingn
- Ability to simplify complex product information into engaging and compliant advertising contentn
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation, and creative developmentn
- A strong portfolio of relevant scripts, ads, or p
