NAbout the Role
nFlixStock is looking for a strategy and business operations professional to work closely with the Chief Business Officer. The role will support enterprise growth by strengthening business visibility, enabling data-backed decision-making and driving disciplined execution across leadership priorities.
NThis is a hands-on individual-contributor role requiring strong commercial understanding, analytical rigour and the ability to coordinate effectively across functions.
NKey Responsibilities

- Monitor enterprise pipeline, revenue forecasts, strategic accounts, client commitments and associated business risks. N
- Translate leadership priorities into structured action plans with clear ownership, timelines and measurable outcomes. N
- Drive weekly and monthly business reviews, management dashboards and performance reporting. N




- Prepare decision notes,analytical reports and presentations for leadership discussions. N
- Lead selected strategicand cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and closure. N
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR and other stakeholders to resolve business dependencies. N
- Identify commercial opportunities, operational bottlenecks and matters requiring leadership intervention. N
- Conduct customer, market and competitive analysis to support business planning. N
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality while handling commercially sensitive and organisational information. N
