nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced DNS Engineer – Network with strong expertise in DNS, TCP/IP, IP Subnetting, Unix/Linux administration, Incident Management, and Change Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise DNS infrastructure, troubleshooting complex network/DNS issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability of critical network services.

- Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot DNS infrastructure in an enterprise workplace.n
- Perform day-to-day administration and support of DNS services, including forward and reverse lookups, DNS zones, records, and delegations.n
- Troubleshoot complex DNS resolution, latency,



connectivity, and name-resolution issues.n
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts, including TCP/UDP, ports, routing, and network troubleshooting.n
- Perform IP subnetting, IP addressing, CIDR, and network segmentation.n
- Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot connectivity issues using appropriate network diagnostic tools.n
- Handle Incident Management activities, including investigation, resolution, root-cause analysis, and timely closure of incidents.n
- Participate in Change Management activities, including planning, implementation, validation, and rollback of infrastructure changes.n
- Work on Unix/Linux systems for DNS configuration, troubleshooting,n
