Role Overview
nHappy Nature is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead a team of approximately 10 contact-centre sales executives and drive customer acquisition through product trials, subscriptions, recharges and repeat sales.
nThe role will be responsible for team leadership, sales target achievement, lead management, calling-platform operations, performance tracking, coaching and sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on sales leader capable of building a high-performance team and creating robust operational discipline to scale the business. Ideal Candidate must have at least 3-5 Years Experience in a Call Centre.
nKey Responsibilities
n Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Lead, motivate and manage a team of ~10-20 sales executives.n
- Set and drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets at team and individual levels.n
- Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews and regular one-on-one coaching.n
- Closely monitor productivity, conversion, follow-ups and revenue performance.n




- Identify performance gaps and implement coaching, training and corrective actions.n
- Build a target-oriented culture focused on ownership, discipline and results.n

nSales & Customer Acquisition

- Drive sales through product trials, subscriptions, recharge plans and repeat purchases.n
- Develop effective calling strategies to improve lead-to-trial and trial-to-subscription conversion.n
- Ensure systematic follow-up of all prospects and minimise lead leakage.n
- Coach the team on sales pitches, objection handling, upselling and closing techniques.n
- Analyse customer behaviour and objections to continuously improve sales conversion.n

nLead & Calling Platform Management
