- Design, implement, and manage enterprise storage solutions using NetApp, HPE 3PAR, Netgear NAS, and Dell EMC platforms.n
- Lead storage provisioning, migrations, technology refresh, and infrastructure upgrades.n
- Architect and administer enterprise backup solutions using Commvault, OpenText Data Protector, and Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM).n
- Design backup policies, retention strategies, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.n
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for storage, SAN, backup, replication, and performance issues.n
- Optimize storage performance, capacity planning, deduplication, compression, and lifecycle management.n
- Lead disaster recovery planning, backup validation, ransomware recovery readiness,



and business continuity initiatives.n
- Collaborate with infrastructure, virtualization, database, cloud, security, and application teams on enterprise projects.n
- Lead storage assessments, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.n
- Mentor junior engineers and establish operational standards and best practices.n
- Manage vendor escalations and support enterprise change management activitiesn
