NKey Responsibilities

- Design and build high-quality digital, virtual and face-to-face learning experiences from raw materials (PPTs, videos, documents, SME input) N
- Engineer learning journeys that are engaging, modular and scalable within 360Learning and SuccessFactors N
- Apply instructional design, learning science and UX principles to optimise learner experience N
- Create reusable templates, patterns and assets to accelerate content development across academies N
- Partner with SMEs and academy leads to shape learning journeys and assets, working mostly independently in line with agreed requirements N
- Rapidly prototype, testand iterate learning assets based on learner feedback and usage data N
- Ensure consistency of learning standards,



tone and quality across enterprise and business academies N
- Collaborate closely with the learning technologist on platform functionality and optimisation. N

- Robust instructional design and learning experience design background N
- Hands-on experience creating digital learning content and journeys at scale N
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory and digital pedagogy N
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders with short timelines for completion N
- Comfort working directly with imperfect or unstructured source material N
- Experience designing for social, cohort-based or collaborative learning models (desirable) N
- Strong visual, written and interaction design sensibility N
- Ability to work quick without sacrificing quality N
- Practical experience with learning platforms or authoring tools (360Learning experience a robust advantage) N
