nRoles & Responsibilities of a Coach – Sports Specific:

- Sports Specific for overall program implementation. N
- Lead training sessions at HCL Foundation supported sports development centers & ensuring regular participation of program participants. N
- Talent Scouting & Creating Excellence Team in respective locations. N
- Effectively working on creating Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports on Talent Development Program of "Sports for Change Special Initiative". N
- Conducting summer & winter Camp for respective locations N
- Closely Working on Standard Skill and Fitness Assessments. N
- Handle logistics like participant travel, accommodation, Food, etc. during the sports events. N
- The role would require extensive travel across India. N
- Effective engagement ofHCL employees at "Sports for Change" competition through creative and engaging strategies (employee volunteering). N
