- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting. N
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making. N
- Partner with cross functional business leaders to optimize costs, improve productivity, and support growth initiatives. N
- Leverage analytics, automation, and planning tools to enhance decision support. N
- Own financial performance transparency – ensure explicit visibility of drivers, variances, and outcomes across P&L;, cash flow, and key KPIs. N
- Provide consistent performance narratives and management reporting N
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. N
- Embed automation and AIacross these processes, where possible N
- Mentor and develop teammembers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. N

- Establish a risk and control governance framework aligned with Bell Canada's policies and standards. N
- Drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous controls improvement across the organization. N
- Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks and governance processes. N
- Lead enterprise and operational risk assessments, identifying key risks and mitigation strategies. N
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. N
- Oversee internal and external audits, including remediation of control deficiencies. N
- Strengthen controls over financial reporting, procurement, payroll, and operational processes. N

nQualifications

- N
- Chartered Accountant (ICAI), CFA, MBA Finance or equivalent professional designation required. N
- CIA or risk management certifications are an asset N
- 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, Controllership, Audit, Risk Management, or r
