NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for an experienced and highly organized HR & Operations Manager who can independently manage HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, staffing operations, performance management, and day-to-day workforce activities.
NThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in the IT Staffing / US Staffing industry, managing recruiters and employees, handling recruitment operations, maintaining HR processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between management and staffing teams.
NThis is a night-shift role aligned with US business hours, and candidates should be comfortable working from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
NKey Responsibilities
nRecruitment & Staffing Operations

- Manage end-to-endrecruitment activities for internal hiring and staffing requirements. N
- Handle recruitment for IT Recruiters, US IT Recruiters,



Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Sales professionals, and other operational positions. N
- Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements. N
- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding. N
- Monitor recruiter productivity and overall recruitment performance. N
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions. N
- Support US Staffing operations and coordinate with recruiting, sales, account management, and delivery teams. N
- Ensure staffing teams follow defined recruitment processes, reporting structures, and performance expectations. N
