NYOUR ROLE
nAs the first point of contact at Velora, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and every patient feels welcomed and well taken care of.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients professionally N
- Manage appointments, calls and WhatsApp enquiries N
- Schedule and coordinatepatient appointments and follow-ups N
- Handle billing, payments and basic administrative tasks N
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation N
- Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure smooth patient flow N
- Follow up with patientsregarding appointments and treatment sessions N




- Assist with enquiries and provide basic information about clinic services N
- Maintain a clean, organised and qualified reception area N
- Support the team with day-to-day clinic operations N

nWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
NExperience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in a receptionist/front-desk role.

- Well-organised and comfortable multitasking N
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp and basic computer work N

nPrior experience in a physiotherapy clinic, hospital, healthcare centre or similar setting is an advantage, but not mandatory.
