NKey Responsibilities:
NCustomer Engagement & Assistance

- Greet and attend to walk-in customers promptly and courteously. N
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AMC cookware solution. N
- Provide demonstrations of AMC products and explain features, benefits, and usage. N
- Make product related and recipe videos and post it on AMC SoMe handles. N

nSales Support

- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, offers, and payment procedures. N
- Upsell and cross-sell AMC accessories and related products. N
- Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing promotions, discounts, and exchange offers. N

nAfter-Sales Support

- Handle customer service queries related to product use, care, and warranty. N
- Assist in the processing of returns, exchanges, or service requests. N




- Make tele service callsto all the new AMC customers to guide them in proper usage of Cookware. N
- Conduct Customer training classes for recent/old customers N

nGenerate sales leads

- Identify and target potential institutional clients such as corporate institutions, cooking schools, and government institutions etc N
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals. N
