N1. Strategic Planning & Business Performance

- Lead monthly topline analysis and performance reviews with CEO, FP&A; Head, CFO and Regional Office. N
- Own the preparation andpresentation of company-level P&L;, premium MIS, and market positioning reports. N
- Drive strategic insights through variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Prior) across channels and functions. N

n2. Budgeting & Forecasting

- n
- Oversee quarterlyforecasts and annual budgeting cycles in collaboration with Finance and Business Heads. N
- Ensure alignment of financial plans with business goals and market dynamics. N
- Provide strategic inputs to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency. N

n3. Industry & Competitive Intelligence

- n
- Lead competitive benchmarking and market analysis to support strategic decision-making. N
- Present actionable insights to senior leadership for business growth and positioning. N





n4. Board & Leadership Communication
N
- n
- Own the development of quarterly Board decks for CFO and CEO, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance. N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align messaging. N

n5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- n
- Mentor and guide the Business Planning team, ensuring timely delivery and quality output. N

nLooking for:

- 12–15 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or strategy roles N
- Proven experience in handling senior stakeholder communications and board-level reporting N
- Strong exposure to insurance, financial services, or related industries N
