NAs a Training Associate you shall be responsible for assessing and educating new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region. The training associate is responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, class room training session and programs for the customers.

- Building robust relationship with customer and forging strong confidence N
- Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training. N
- Training opticians through conferences / seminar N
- Hospital retail training of Doctors & Optometrist N
- Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation cases N
- Getting premium Zeiss products dispensed easily N

nExperience & Qualification Required:

- n
- Bachelor's in optometry with Min 1-3 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment N
- Excellent communicationskills. N
- Person should be willing to travel extensively. N
