Role Description The International Travel Operations Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end international trip operations, including itinerary planning, booking flights and accommodations, coordinating local transportation, and ensuring all travel documents and visas are in order. The specialist will monitor bookings and schedules, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records of traveler information and trip details. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with international suppliers and partners,



addressing traveler inquiries and concerns, providing timely updates, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from pre-departure through post-trip feedback. The role also involves analyzing operational data to improve processes, support cost efficiency, and maintain compliance with international travel and trade regulations where applicable.
