About Position:

We are looking for a Service Now Project Management Operations Specialist with experience in Service Now platform operations, project coordination, ITSM processes, stakeholder management, and service delivery governance. Manage and support day-to-day project operations within the Service Now platform. Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, service owners, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution. Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and report on project progress, resource utilization,



and operational performance metrics. Support Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Release Management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. Prepare and maintain project documentation, governance reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and operational artifacts. Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, governance sessions, and stakeholder communications. Monitor SLA and KPI adherence and provide actionable recommendations for service improvements. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and operational procedures.
