nRole Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage a high-performing recruitment delivery team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role will have end-to-end ownership of operational performance, team productivity, service delivery, stakeholder management,



and continuous process improvement.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage team, driving performance, engagement, productivity, and career development.n
- Own the recruitment delivery function end-to-end, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, SLA, and operational targets.n
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement appropriate action plans to address performance gaps.n
- Participate in business reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions, providing operational insights and updates to senior stakeholders.n
- Manage escalations and complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.n
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, and implement process optimization, automation, and workflow enhancements.n
