Job Summary GCC Delivery Lead - Job Description About the Role Responsibilities include leading AD/AMS delivery programs from offshore, managing geographically distributed teams across multiple delivery models, and ensuring service stability, operational performance, SLA/KPI attainment, and customer satisfaction.
