What you’ll do
- Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and industry contacts
- Develop and manage outreach campaigns across , email, events, and other channels
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Research recent markets, industries, and opportunities for growth
- Qualify leads and create a strong pipeline of potential opportunities

- Work closely with the commercial and leadership teams to convert market insights into opportunities

What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident reaching out to new people and building relationships from scratch
- Commercially curious with a strong interest in markets, customers, and business development
- Comfortable using and other digital channels for professional outreach
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills
- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, recruitment, or market research is a plus
