One of our B2C portfolio companies, AppsForBharat operates Sri Mandir, India's largest devotional-tech platform. They have recently launched their range of D2C products, and they are now looking to hire a Head of Marketplaces to report directly to the senior leadership to drive their marketplaces and D2C strategy.

Responsibilities
- Drive their e-commerce strategies across multiple platforms in India
- Help scale their D2C business
- Own all relationships with the various marketplaces
- Conducting market research and leverage big data analytics to improve website and platform performance
- Define and develop localized strategies based on market trends
- Provide insights regarding customers, markets, and campaign effectiveness a
- Provide a explicit strategy and set up KPIs for the various channels under your remit

Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience
- Experience working on various marketplaces
- Prior experience with D2C products is an advantage
- A passion for the 0 to 1 journey
