About the Role
Pepper Content is looking for a CRM Copywriter to join our dedicated FinTech content studio in Bangalore . In this role, you'll create sharp, engaging, and conversion-focused communication for a leading financial services brand across CRM and lifecycle marketing channels.
We're looking for someone who understands how to communicate financial products in a simple, relevant, and consumer-friendly way , while maintaining brand voice, accuracy, and compliance. You'll work closely with CRM, marketing, design, and client teams to create communication that drives engagement, activation, retention, and conversions.

This is a full time, on-site role based out of Bangalore and is open only to immediate joiners.

What You'll Own
- Write compelling CRM copy for emailers, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, in-app messages, and other lifecycle communication channels .
- Develop communication across the customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and reactivation .
- Create concise,



conversion-focused copy for FinTech and financial products , including payments, lending, credit cards, investments, insurance, and other financial services.
- Develop multiple copy variations for A/B testing, personalization, segmentation, and different customer cohorts .
- Translate complex financial products, features, and offers into simple, clear, and engaging consumer communication .
- Work with CRM and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, audience segments, customer journeys, and performance metrics .
- Adapt messaging based on customer insights, campaign performance, and business objectives .
- Ensure all communication is grammatically accurate, brand-aligned, compliant, and ready for deployment.
- Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure copy works effectively across different formats and creative assets.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and client stakeholders within defined timeline
