Job Summary:
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation associate certified with valid certification
7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
At least 1 years of full life cycle implementation experience in Compensation module.
Experience in either one additional module is must –
- Employee Central
- Variable pay
- Onboarding 2.0
- PMGM
- Succession Planning
Roles and Responsibilities: The Consultant will have the following broad responsibilities:
- Provide high-level solution design and integration design
- Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.
- Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
- Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
- Lead design workshops with the client.
- Provide impact assessment for Half yearly Releases
- Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors

Experience and skill set required:
The candidate should hold a Degree/ Masters on Information Technology or an MBA Graduate or equivalent.
