nNote: Only candidates with hands-on experience in BPO/BPM/BPS Presales and Solutioning will be considered. Candidates from IT Presales, ERP Presales, or Technology Solutioning backgrounds without BPO Presales experience will not qualify.
nRole Purpose:
nWe are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to drive solutioning, presales, and large deal pursuits across Business Process Services (BPS/BPO). The individual will be responsible for designing differentiated, commercially viable, and transformation-led solutions for global clients while partnering closely with Sales, Delivery, Transition, Digital, Finance, and Operations teams.
nThis role will play a critical part in shaping and winning large outsourcing opportunities by creating compelling business solutions, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and value propositions.




nKey Responsibilities:
nSolutioning & Presales Leadership

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large and complex BPO/BPS opportunities.n
- Drive RFI, RFP, RFQ, proactive proposals, and deal shaping initiatives.n
- Design target operating models covering people, process, technology, governance, and transition approaches.n
- Create compelling value propositions, transformation roadmaps, pricing strategies, and business cases.n
- Conduct client workshops, solution presentations, due diligence sessions, and solution defense meetings.n

nPursuit & Deal Management

- Partner with Sales and Account teams to qualify opportunities and improve win rates.n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Transition, Delivery, Technology, HR, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and Risk.n
