NJob Requirements*
nProvide production support for Oracle CPQ applications and quote-to-order (Q2O) processes.
N-Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, pricing, approvals, and quote generation.
N-Analyze and resolve tickets/incidents using tools like ServiceNow.
N-Support integrations between Oracle CPQ, CRM, ERP, and third-party systems.
N-Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities.
N-Perform data fixes, deployments, and regression testing during releases.
N-Work with business users, sales teams, and developers to resolve functional and technical issues.
N-Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
N-Support CPQ enhancements, patches, and current feature rollouts.
NTechnical Skills
n-Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ
N-Experience with:
NBML (BigMachines Language)
NBMQL
nCommerce & Configuration modules
NPricing and approval workflows
N-SQL / PL-SQL knowledge
N-REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
N-CRM & ERP integration experience (Salesforce,



Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.)
N-Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS is a plus
N-Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow
