nROLE OVERVIEW




nThe Manager / Senior Manager – Payroll Bureau oversees payroll compliance across a region or multiple countries, leading a team to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality statutory compliance within the payroll product.
nThe role is pivotal in strengthening compliance governance, driving statutory development cycles, and enabling scalable, standardised processes across countries.
nThe individual is the primary owner of compliance delivery for assigned regions — representing the compliance function to internal and external stakeholders, holding service quality, and building a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
