NRole Description:
NWe are looking for a highly commercial, numbers-driven qualified to take end-to-end ownership of project pricing, procurement, contractual management, cost control and profitability across our Interior Design & Build business.
NThis is not purely an estimation or quantity surveying role.



The successful candidate will act as the commercial custodian of projects — from tender to final account — with direct responsibility for protecting and delivering targeted project margins.

- Lead commercial evaluation and pricing of Interior Design & Build tenders. N
- Review BOQs, drawings, specifications and scope to ensure comprehensive and competitive pricing. N
- Establish project budgets, target costs and targeted gross margins. N
- Identify commercial risks, exclusions, omissions and value-engineering opportunities before tender submission. N
