nRole Overview
NAs a Pre-Sales Solution Associate, you will work alongside the Enterprise Sales team to
Nunderstand client learning requirements and design customized training solutions that address
Nbusiness objectives. You will be responsible for curriculum design, learning solutioning, proposal
Ndevelopment, trainer coordination, LMS readiness, and supporting successful program
Nexecution.
nThis role requires a blend of technical understanding, instructional design expertise, stakeholder
Nmanagement, and solid communication skills.
