nThe Role
nAccounting & Controllership

- n
- Lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for payment aggregation, acquiring, issuing, merchant settlements, and fintech products.n
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act requirements, and internal accounting policies.n
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closure processes.n
- Review revenue recognition, settlement accounting, liabilities, merchant payables, escrow balances, and related reconciliations.n




- Establish strong financial controls and governance frameworks to support business growth.n
- Partner with business, product, and technology teams to evaluate accounting implications of current products and initiatives.n

nPayments & Settlement Operations

- Own accounting and governance around payment transactions, merchant settlements, MDR revenue, interchange, bank charges, incentives, and refunds.n
- Ensure accurate settlement lifecycle management across acquiring banks, payment gateways, networks, merchants, and partners.n
- Oversee reconciliation of transaction data across systems, settlement reports, bank statements, and GL.n
- Drive resolution of settlement exceptions, breaks, aged open items, and operational risks.n
- Build scalable controls around high-volume transaction processing environments.n
