nThe Plant Manager position is responsible for :

- Oversee daily operations of the LPG plant to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.n
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production processes.n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.n
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.n
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.n
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.n
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.n
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance plant performance.n
- Prepare and manage the plant's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.n
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards.n
