We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional to support our international back-office and order management activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, researching, coordinating, solving problems independently, and keeping track of many moving parts.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer inquiries and process orders
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, invoices, and commercial documentation
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and outstanding tasks
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, production, logistics, and internal teams
- Support international shipping and export documentation
- Research and identify suppliers, products, materials, and sourcing options
- Request and compare supplier quotations and follow up with suppliers
- Maintain accurate customer, supplier, product, pricing, and order data
- Use Excel to organize and track commercial and operational information
- Identify missing information or potential issues and find solutions independently




- Make sure open tasks are followed through to completion

What We’re Looking For

A background in Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

More importantly, we are looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organized and reliable
- Strong at research and finding information independently
- Confident using Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Very good in written and spoken English
- Able to communicate professionally with international customers and suppliers
- Independent and solution-oriented — you don't wait for every next step to be explained
- A rapid learner who can adapt to new products, processes, and responsibilities
- Comfortable taking ownership in a remote working environment
- German language skills are an advantage
