nLiried Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Executive to join our team and work closely with clients using our software solutions for the manufacturing and industrial automation sector.
nThis is a great opportunity for freshers who enjoy solving problems, communicating with people, and learning technology.
nLocation: Integrated Startup Complex, Kerala Startup Mission, Kalamassery, Kochi
nWork Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM to 6 PM
nExperience: 0–2 years / Freshers welcome
nMode: Full-time, On-site
nNote: Selected candidates will begin as interns with stipend
nWhat We're Looking For

- Good communication skills in Englishn
- Confidence in communicating with clients over phone, email, and messagingn
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsn
- Basic knowledge of computers and web applicationsn




- Basic knowledge of SQL / MySQL is an advantagen
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, APIs, or software applications is a plusn
- Ability to understand client issues and explain solutions clearlyn
- Willingness to learn current technologies and industrial applicationsn
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a technical teamn

nWhat You'll Do
nCommunicate with clients to understand their software and technical issues
nProvide first-level technical support and troubleshooting
nGuide clients in using our software applications
nCoordinate with developers to identify and resolve technical issues
nFollow up with clients until issues are successfully resolved
nAssist during software implementation and deployment
nDocument issues, solutions, and client feedback
nGain practical experience with manufacturing software and industrial automation systems
