nRole Overview
nWe're looking for a target-driven BDE with 3–4 years of B2B sales/cold-calling experience to generate leads, prospect new clients, and convert them into meetings and sales opportunities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and research B2B prospects; build targeted lead listsn
- Make high-volume cold calls; pitch UWS services (web design, SEO, PPC, social media, app dev, branding)n




- Qualify leads based on need, budget and buying intentn
- Schedule and follow up on sales meetingsn
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline accuracyn
- Nurture and re-engage inactive leadsn
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and design teamsn

nKey Performance Indicators
nOutbound calls, leads generated, qualified leads, meetings scheduled, conversion rates, pipeline value, and revenue contribution.
nRequired Skills

- n
- 3–4 years in B2B sales/tele-sales/lead generationn
- Solid cold-calling and objection-handling skillsn
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilitiesn
- CRM tool experience preferredn
- Prior experience selling website/digital marketing/IT/SaaS services is a plusn
