NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a results-driven Sales Outbound BDR who can execute a 0-to-1 outbound sales motion for the US market and consistently generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
NAs an Outbound BDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential US prospects, building targeted prospect lists, executing multi-channel outbound campaigns, engaging decision-makers, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.
NThis is not a role for someone who only follows an existing lead-generation process. We are looking for someone who can think, test, optimize, and execute the outbound motion from 0 to 1.
NKey Responsibilities
nBuild and execute 0-to-1 outbound prospecting strategies for the US market.
NResearch target companies, industries, ICPs, decision-makers, and buying signals.




NBuild and maintain high-quality prospect databases using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and other B2B prospecting platforms.
NDevelop targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) lists and campaigns.
NCreate prospecting workflows and execute multi-step outbound cadences.
NRun email and LinkedIn campaigns using Apollo and similar sales engagement platforms.
NMake outbound calls to prospects, qualify opportunities, handle objections, and generate interest.
NConduct personalized coldoutreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
NFollow up consistently across multiple touchpoints and channels.
NQualify prospects based on business need, authority, budget, timing, and fit.
NBook qualified appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
NMaintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
NWork closely with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
