- Lead and drive the end-to-end collections and recovery function across the NPA portfolio, ensuring optimal recovery performance and portfolio quality N
- Develop and execute robust recovery strategies across early, mid, and late-stage delinquency buckets, including 60+ DPD cases to maximize collections and minimize credit losses. N
- Leverage MIS, analytics, and performance dashboards to drive data-backed decision-making, portfolio monitoring, and continuous process improvement. N
- Champion digital collections and technology-led recovery initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer engagement. N
- Build, lead, and inspire high-performing collections and recovery teams, fostering a culture of accountability,



performance excellence, and ethical practices. N
- Ensure strict adherenceto RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, internal policies, and industry best practices across all collection and recovery activities. N
- Partner with legal teams to drive recoveries through SARFAESI, arbitration, litigation, and other statutory recovery mechanisms wherever applicable. N
- Manage and govern external collection agencies, recovery partners, and legal vendors, ensuring SLA compliance, governance standards, and ethical conduct. N
- Balance recovery objectives with customer-centric engagement, effective risk mitigation, and the organization's reputation while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. N
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Credit, Operations, and Business teams to strengthen portfolio performance and drive sustainable recovery outcomes. N
