The candidate should have proven experience in enterprise architecture, technical leadership, customer engagement, and complex identity solution design.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal Solution Architect / Identity SME to lead Microsoft Identity Management engagements for enterprise customers. The role requires deep technical expertise in MIM 2016, identity synchronization and provisioning, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity security.

The candidate will be responsible for defining solution architecture, conducting technical assessments, resolving complex identity challenges, guiding engineering teams, and providing strategic recommendations for identity modernization and cloud adoption.
