About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management implementations, enhancements, and application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Oracle Fusion SCM modules while partnering with business stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational excellence. This role requires robust functional knowledge across Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Cost Management, Product Management, and Supplier Management processes.

What You'll Do:
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business requirements.
- Manage and support Procurement (P2P), Inventory Management, Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Supplier Management processes.




- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for supply chain and procurement processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests within the AMS support model.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
- Work closely with technical teams to support system integrations, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), interfaces, and reporting solutions.
- Assist in data migration activities including data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Analyze business processes and recommend automation and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
