Virbhu India Pvt Ltd – Vadodara (Gujarat), a wholly owned subsidiary of AK-LLC (USA), operating in the field of power electronics, has an immediate opening for an IT Support / IT Administrator.

The position will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support and administration, supporting employees with hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365 and endpoint-related requirements. The role will also support Microsoft Intune, device management, user onboarding/offboarding, IT asset management, and IT infrastructure activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance monitoring, configuration profiles, application deployment,



and basic policy troubleshooting.
- Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, device allocation, access management, and equipment recovery.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper tracking of laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot approved software and applications.
- Monitor and maintain IT support tickets, issue logs, asset records, and technical documentation.
- Provide remote and in office technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and IP-related issues.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, hardware vendors, and other service providers for issue resolution.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and us
