Mandatory Skills
• At least 2 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with ITSM, Employee Center & HRSD.
• Possesses a robust understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its core functionality, and best practices for
maintaining the platform.
• Experienced updating content for the Employee Service Delivery portal, such as banners, widgets, and
topic pages.
