This incumbent plays a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the organisation’s Data & AI-led solutioning agenda.

This is a leadership role at the intersection of Business, Data Science, AI/ML and Technology — driving strategic initiatives from identifying opportunities and solution design through to execution and deployment.

What you’ll lead:
- Build and drive the Data & AI practice and its strategic direction
- Identify high-impact, high-ROI AI/ML opportunities
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Credit & Technology
- Lead complex ML, Deep Learning and Generative AI initiatives
- Build, mentor and grow a high-performing Data Science team
- Translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions
