We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can be the voice of Rotoris for our customers and ensure every interaction reflects the quality of our brand.

What You’ll Do
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, email and other support channels.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, warranties and product-related queries.
- Provide quick, clear and polite resolutions while maintaining a premium customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Logistics, Sales and Finance to resolve customer concerns.
- Track customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.




- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team to improve the overall customer experience.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure customers feel heard and valued.
- Support customers with product information, usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain Rotoris’ tone of voice and service standards across every customer interaction.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid written and verbal communication.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
- Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities efficiently.
- Comfortable working with WhatsApp, email, CRM/helpdesk tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle or premium/luxury brands will be a plus.
