About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to own the end-to-end experience of a document- and data-heavy B2B SaaS platform. You will design interfaces where a single screen may hold a 400-page specification, an AI-generated finding, its source citation, and the decision a user has to make in the next thirty seconds — and you will make that feel obvious. You will translate operationally complex construction workflows into simple, dependable product surfaces, and shape how our different ICPs experience one coherent product.
This is a high-ownership role on a small team: you will help establish the design function, the design system, and the standard of craft as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & User Research
· Own end-to-end product design across discovery, journey mapping, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, design validation, and polished production interfaces.
· Partner with SMEs, product, engineering, sales, and marketing to understand construction workflows and constraints, synthesize user insights, and turn ambiguous problems into transparent, actionable design decisions.
Designing Document- and Data-Heavy Workflows
· Design intuitive experiences for dense, high-volume content, including document and drawing viewers, annotations, comparisons, redlines, review queues, tables, dashboards, filtering, search, and bulk actions.
· Design transparent and trustworthy AI-assist
