Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Customer Care Executive. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, responding to queries about products and services, and providing timely support to clinicians, patients, and institutional partners.



The Customer Care Executive will log, track, and resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams for escalations, and ensure accurate documentation of calls and follow-ups. The role also includes guiding customers through device usage, application features, and service processes, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy. The position contributes directly to customer satisfaction and retention by delivering clear communication, proactive support, and consistent service quality.
