What You'll Do





The Global Digital Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst is a hands-on analytical practitioner who serves as the dedicated analytics resource across BCG's digital marketing channel teams — including email, paid media, web, content, and beyond. This person is embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of channel execution and campaign delivery, providing the analytical support, performance interpretation, and data-driven guidance that helps channel teams make smarter decisions about how they plan, optimize, and evolve their activations.

This is not a reporting role. The Senior Specialist goes beyond pulling numbers to actively interpreting what channel data means, identifying what is and is not working across the channel mix, and translating those findings into clear, actionable recommendations that channel strategists and campaign managers can act on in real time. This person is a trusted analytical partner to multiple channel teams simultaneously — organized enough to manage a broad portfolio of analytical support needs, and sharp enough to add genuine strategic val
