Compliance Manager – Insurance
nExperience: 6–7 years
nPreferred Industry: Insurance / Health Insurance / Banking / NBFC
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Monitor IRDAI regulations, circulars and regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.n
- Provide compliance advisory to Business and support functions.n
- Review products, processes and business documents for regulatory compliance.n
- Manage IRDAI correspondence, regulatory reporting, queries and inspections.n
- Conduct compliance monitoring, identify gaps and track Compliance Action Plans (CAPs) to closure.n
- Maintain compliance policies, SOPs, registers, trackers and governance documentation.n
- Conduct compliance training and awareness programs.n
- Support audits, regulatory reviews and strategic compliance initiatives.n

nKey Requirements:

- n
- 6–7 years of experience in Compliance / Regulatory Affairs / Risk / Legal Compliance.n
- Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations, Insurance Act and corporate governance.n
- Insurance/Health Insurance experience preferred.n
- Robust Excel, PowerPoint, drafting and documentation skills.n
- LLB / CS / CA / MBA preferred.n
