nVeelo Mobility is a rapid-growing player in the electric vehicle ecosystem, specializing in EV Two wheelers as a Service and Batteries as a Service. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven State Head to lead our business, operations, and market expansion across West Bengal. The role demands a strong balance of P&L; ownership, dealer/retail network management, fleet & service operations, and team leadership to establish Veelo as a category leader in the state's Battery As a Service segment.

- Key Responsibilitiesn

nState P&L;

- n
- Own the West Bengal state P&L;n
- Open hubs in new districts as per demand and deploy sales & service teams on those hubsn
- Oversee onboarding of new dealers around the hubs being openedn
- Ensuring SOP Compliance for dealer & customer onboardingn
- Ensuring periodic inventory reconciliation compliancesn




- Ensuring 100% compliance on underwriting process and coordinating with the Central team for the samen
- Projecting the demand for the state and raising demand with the central teamn
- Managing spare parts availability for the service team at all the hubsn
- Building marketing strategy in consultation with the central teamn
- Ensuring achievement of allocation & collection targets on a monthly basis for the entire staten

nMIS, Compliance & Escalation Management

- n
- Prepare and present regular MIS reports and dashboards on sales, operations, and financial performance to leadership.n
- Ensure compliance with state EV policies, RTO regulations, and battery safety/handling norms.n
- Handle customer and channel-partner escalations promptly to maintain service quality and brand reputation.n
- Candidate Requirementsn
- 5-8 Years of operations experience in Automobile dealership market.n
- Prior exposure to EV ecosystem st
