Role Description:

KREAD Consulting is growing and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of building the team.

You’ll work directly with the leadership team on end-to-end hiring.

What you'll work on:
- Hiring for Sales, Operations, Web & other business functions
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Instagram, job portals & other channels
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Interview scheduling and coordination




- Candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintaining hiring pipelines and recruitment data

What we're looking for:
- Fresher - 1 year experience
- Positive at talking to people
- Confident with calls & follow-ups
- Proactive. Organized. Takes ownership.

Hybrid - Noida

2 Days WFO + 4 Days WFH

For the WFH days, you’ll need:

Personal laptop

Stable internet

Professional & quiet workspace

Availability throughout working hours
