nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for uniform manufacturing/supply contracts.n
- Conduct client visits, presentations and meetings to understand uniform requirements.n
- Prepare and share quotations, follow up on proposals and drive deal closure.n
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate, current data.n
- Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.n
- Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat orders and referrals.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the BD Manager.n

nCandidate Requirements

- n
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience; experience in uniforms, apparel, textiles or corporate gifting preferred.n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Target-driven with a proactive, self-starter attitude.n
- Comfortable with field sales, client visits and cold outreach.n
- Stable career history preferred.n
