Job Title: Head of Sales

Exp- 8–12 years in residential real estate sales leadership, with at least one full cycle of a Rs. 300 Cr+ project run end-to-end.

SALES HEAD

We're not hiring someone to manage a sales team. We're hiring someone to build one — from the ground up, around a recent-to-market product: The Living Blueprint, India's first longevity-led residential development.

The playbook of buying leads, handing them to closers and hoping ATL spend converts doesn't work for a product this deep. We need a specialised, data-driven, empathetic sales machine, built on the Predictable Revenue model — prospecting, qualification and closing run as three distinct systems, backed by CRM discipline, ICP rigour and SOPs that scale. Get this right at GLC, and the same playbook powers our next 30 million sq ft of TLB launches across Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur and NCR.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• The Sourcing Engine — Build and lead the SDR function, own the Ideal Client Profile, and run ATL,



BTL and Channel Partner sourcing to deliver 6,000 qualified leads and 600 site walk-ins a month.

• The Qualification & Nurture Layer — Build the MRR (qualifying) team, design the nurture flow that moves cold leads to sales-ready, and fix the layer where most of today's pipeline is lost.

• The Closing System — Design scripts and the "Objection Aikido" rebuttal library, and train Account Executives in empathetic, NLP-informed selling that converts walk-ins to bookings at 11%+, with discount discipline held inside 6% of agreement value.

• The Data & SOP Backbone — Own the CRM end-to-end, build the MIS/analytics function, and implement the SOPs (including the 19-touch connect system) that make the whole funnel observable and improvable, weekly.

Plus full P&L; ownership of GLC sales, team leadership across sourcing, MRR, AE and support functions, Channel Partner strategy, and direct, weekly access to the Partner and Owner — no layers, no filtered reporting.
