ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a results driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive growth across our Facilities Management, Pest Control, and Security Services business lines. Based out of our Kochi back office with regular travel to the GCC and other markets, this role is central to expanding our client base, strengthening market position, and converting opportunities into long term revenue across all three entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and execute business development strategies to grow revenue across Facilities Management, Pest Control, and Security Services business lines.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and client needs across GCC and other target markets.
