Hiring: PMO Lead / Senior PMO Manager - Pune/Gurugram

nNote: Experience from BPO/BPS/BPM business is mandatory
n

nKey Responsibilities
n✅ Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, operating models, controls, and reporting structures.
n✅ Drive integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and program execution.
n✅ Own RAID management, executive reporting, steering committee packs, and management dashboards.
n✅ Manage budgets, forecasts, resource planning, utilization, and financial governance.
n✅ Lead stakeholder communications and engage with senior leadership across business and delivery functions.
n✅ Drive quality, compliance, audit readiness, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n✅ Support large-scale transformation programs,



portfolio governance, and strategic initiatives.
n

nWhat We're Looking For
n✔ 8+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Delivery Governance, or Transformation roles. Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 working environment.
