nJob Overview:
nWe are looking for experienced Technology Risk professionals to join the Enterprise Risk Management team.
nThe role focuses on identifying, assessing and managing risks related to IT systems, applications, cybersecurity and technology. The candidate will also work on IT controls, technology audits, regulatory compliance, business continuity and disaster recovery.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Conduct technology and IT risk assessments and identify control gapsn
- Review IT controls and recommend improvementsn
- Monitor and report technology risks to senior managementn
- Review IT and cybersecurity incidents and identify root causesn
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) activitiesn
- Ensure technology processes comply with regulatory requirementsn




- Assess risks related to IT vendors and service providersn
- Monitor emerging technology and cybersecurity risksn
- Assess and monitor risks related to AI/ML usagen
- Maintain risk registers and track risk mitigation actionsn

nKey Requirements:
n
- n
- 6+ years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, Technology Audit or IT Auditn
- Strong understanding of IT risk and cybersecurityn
- Experience in risk assessments and technology auditsn
- Knowledge of IT controls and information securityn
- Understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recoveryn
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations related to technology and cybersecurityn
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services or Capital Markets is preferredn
- Experience with AI/ML risk will be an added advantagen
- Solid communication and presentation skillsn
